Refund Policy

Failed videos are refunded automatically

If a video fails or times out, the video you paid for goes straight back into your account. You don't need to contact us. Try again with the same photos or different ones.

Unused videos

Videos you bought but haven't generated yet never expire. If you haven't used any of them, we will refund the purchase in full when you ask within 3 days of payment. Contact us with the email on your account.

Finished videos

AI results vary. Because each video costs us real compute, a video that generated successfully is not refundable just because you would have liked a different result. If the video is clearly broken (for example, no people in it, or it doesn't play), contact us within 3 days of payment and we will either give you a new video or refund it.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the original payment method through our payment processor. Banks usually take 5 to 10 business days to show them. A refunded purchase removes the matching videos from your account.
